You may choose to deliver your order to your home address, or ship it as a gift, directly to your family, colleague or friends.
We assure you to do our best, to ship your order within 3-5 working days after payment will be cleared. Each ordered candle will be shipped in a separate parcel on the same say, but there is no assurance that they will arrive all together same day. Delivery time is a combination of many factors involved, therefore it may take several weeks, also depending on shipment address. Therefore, if you planning to send it to someone as a gift make sure to place your order enough time in advance. As soon as your order will be shipped, you have the option to select to receive a Track/Trace number and get an update of your order status. If your order is a gift to someone, we will allow you during order placement process, to add some free text, such as From…, To…, wishes, greeting, and anything else you wish to the recipient. Shiping Costs and Taxes Shipping costs will be calculated and present to each customer during the order process and will be fully paid by the buyer. In case of a lost item during the shipping, customer will be refunded of the full order amount, inclusive of shipment cost. It is a full responsibility of recipient, to pay all local taxes if any will be applied. In most of the countries, there will be no taxes at all but we cannot guarantee it for all countries.
